What do I do with my safe?

I have one of those fire/water/burglar proof household safes you keep important documents in. It's perfectly good except that I don't have the keys for it, so it's permanently stuck unlocked. I'd like to get rid of it but I don't want it in the trash. Any suggestions?

    Take it to a store and see if they can put a new lock on it.

    Ahh.... This is a horrible situations. There is nothing you can do about it if you do want it to be in the trash .. !! Try finding the key harder or contact the manufacturer or distributor for whom you have bought the safe. They will have the solution.

    You can also try consulting the locksmith. They have better knowledge on what to do or not to.

    Other than that ... The only option is to regret having lost the key ... !!! :(
