Why do you have to take laxatives before bed?
I was just wondering if there's a reason why the box says you can only take them before bed. I have a feeling it'll be some really obvious reason when i hear it, but i was wondering. I mean, compared to what. What would happen if you took them during the day instead?

Princess is correct - they take a while to work - some are quicker that others but the ones that say 'take before bed' generally take 8-10 hours...

Im probably wrong but would have thought they take 8 or so hrs to work (while you are sleeping) then you got the toilet in the morning?
