What are quick ways to lose weight in a month?

    I am not an expert on this in any way and I am not claiming to be, but I will tell you what I do know.

    -Eat meals low in calories when you DO NOT plan on exercising afterwards

    -Eat meals high in protein when you DO plan on burning off the calories afterwards

    -No matter what you do and what other people may tell you, DO NOT take anybody else's prescription medications (ex. Amphetamines) to lose weight. Even if it WILL help you lose the weight, it is only detrimental to your health in the long run. It will really screw-up your heart and you will get addicted to it very quickly.

    Please don't be offended if your not the kind of person to do that kind of thing. I'm just trying to give you advise on what you should NOT do to lose weight quickly.

    My dear friend , I can really show you how may lose weight in a month. If you follow my rule off course you would be healthy and weightless . Firstly you just remove all carbohydrate food .Every morning you take easy exercise like swimming, running or riding bicycle . After taking exercise you eat more water and 200grams vegetables and 50grams bread.Lunch time you take 300grams vegetables and 100grams bread and one glass orange/lemon juice .At night just 100grams vegetables and 50grams bread .Please, cut out all types meat ,egg and milk .My friend , I think in this way you would lose your weight in a month . Okey friend ,you are always welcome

    Lol there is no quick way. Just only eat fruit,veggies,and some meat every now and then.

    No bread

    NO STARCH

    No dairy products

    No junk food

    No desserts

    And you will lose a few pounds every week.

    Cardiovascular exercise in conjunction with a strict diet. Losing too much in one month is not healthy though. Aim for a pound a week.
