I need to send someone pictures of my car. I have no idea how to send them. Do I do it through text or camera?

you can do it through either one.
go into the gallery app, find the pictures, longpress on one, then select the other ones, then hit menu, share, and choose messaging. then send the text message. there may also be a share button when viewing pics. mine looks like a sideways "V" with dots on the ends and in the bend, but my phone is different than yours.
or you can start your message, and there should be a camera button there, or an attachment button, click that and select your pics.
