1) Yes Robin died right when Anna returned and died in-front of Patrick's eyes in a hospital fire.
2) For shooting out the tires on Anthony Z's car which caused then death of Cole Thornhart and Hope Manning-Thornhart and hurting Starr Manning. (Characters from OLTL) Anyways all of Starr's family from OLTL are heading to GH and are staying there, Ex: Blair Cramer, John McBain, and Todd Manning and hate Sonny a lot. (Todd tried to kill Sonny only to be stopped by John) SPOLIER: Kate really shot out the tires.
