Is my package lost in Hong Kong?

So I ordered some stationery from StationeryArt.com (company in Hong Kong) on March 3rd, 2012. They brang it to the post office on March 4th (5th in Hong Kong time.) It is now the 23rd (been 20 days so far, advertised shipping time was 9-21 days) and my package is still processing in the Hong Kong Post office, and hasn't even departed. I know this because I have the tracking number. How hard is it to load a 150g package onto an Airplane from Hong Kong to Canada? So, my question is, is it lost? Really frustrated with this shipping. Thanks in advance.

Update:

Forgot to add, I have already contacted Hong Kong post about this and they stated only the seller can ask about the item. I don't the they are availible at the moment so that's why i'm looking here to see if anybody else had these experiences... -.-

You'll have to wait it out until you can talk to the company that shipped it. The post office's tracking can be very off sometimes. At times, I've had packages that only say the labels for it were printed, not even picked up, yet they will still get to my customer before the Post office can even figure out where they are. Generally if you ask them, they'll do the research and find some general paper trail.

Either way if it is lost, it is not your fault, and SationaryArt.com will have to send out your shipment again.

Seems you should really be calling the shipping company instead of asking random strangers. What good did you think would come of asking this question?

Edit: You added additional details saying you contacted the shipping company and only the seller can ask about the shipping status. Here's an idea: call the seller.

We don't work for the company. Give them a call.
