What's my mental disorder?

I always feel out of place, I don't really like being around people because I always think they're planning something against me, and basically I find it difficult to "properly" maneuver without nearly tripping.

    Sounds like very intense social anxiety. It might be social anxiety disorder, but it is also a symptom of some other disorders so you would need to be tested to be properly diagnosed.
