y = 0
a = 0.5
Vertex (h, k)
h = 1/2 x
h = 9/2
k = 3a
k = 3(0.5)
k = 3/2
y = a(x - h)² + k
y = 0.5 (x - 9/2)² + 3/2, or
y = 0.5 (x - 4.5)² + 1.5
