If your own Dr is unhelpful, talk to your local Drug and Alcohol Advisory team and see what they can offer. If not a private Dr/GP will arrange it for you.
Trust issues here though, you need to think this through at a deeper level.

Sure, if you request and pay for it. But, the results may not be available right away as they usually send the specimen(blood or urine) to a laboratory facility.

He might be prepared to do this for you, but not under the NHS so there would be a charge.
