John Vilma was pretty much the ringleader and he'll surely be suspended.
Roman Harper was among the league leaders in violent penalties (2 roughing the passer, 2 unnecessary roughness penalties, and a personal foul).
Those seem like the two most likely.
Or will the league suspend players that even took part in the pool, regardless of whether they actually acted on the bounties when on the field?

My sources tell me that all of the players (including the waterboy) on the Saints roster will be suspended this season.
