Royal Jelly and/or bee pollen: What did it do for you?
Which did you take and for how long? I'm specifically wondering about beauty benefits, anything from skin to hair (especially hair growth)? How long did it take you to notice the benefits?

I'm pretty sure royal jelly is in the queen Helene curl queen line of products and I liked the product it left my hair moisturized but the supplement made my skin softer and also gave my breasts a fuller look. I also take raw honey with bee propolis Not pollen so I can't help with that but I only eat the raw honey when I have a craving for sweets, it makes me feel less guilty.
The royal jelly doesn't really do anything for hair growth though. The greenhouseeffect for hair growth and scalp massages were better. Check out a hair forum like longhaircareforum.com or longhaircommunity.com . Good luck : )

I personally take a Biotene supplement. It helps hair, skin, and nails. My skin is healthier within a couple of weeks, my nails took a little longer because you have to grow out the bad nail first, and then my hair is stronger and shinier within a couple weeks. I love the difference!
