  • Coronation Street: What went on between Tracy and Haley?

Coronation Street: What went on between Tracy and Haley? I'm just trying to catch up on Coronation Street. I'm at the part (July 2013) when everyone finds out that Haley has cancer. Roy made mention that Tracy had put both him and Haley through hell in the past. I'm just wondering what happened? I've only been able to see episodes from the past couple of years that I've found online so I know that there is a lot of back story that I'm missing.

  • Leg pain that started at the knee?

About two weeks a go I worked out for the first time in a long time and everything went fine. I didn't fall or twist my leg and I haven't banged into anything. I didn't hear any popping sounds either. The next day (almost 24 hours later) out of no where my knee started to hurt. It started on lower inner side of my leg and when I bent my knee it went in a diagonal pattern to my outer lower thigh. There wasn't really pain in my thigh but more of a tightness. After about 3 or 4 days my leg was much better (80% - 85%), then out of the blue it got worse. Again no injuries during this time. Now it's not just in my knee but the back of my knee, back of my thigh and calf. I can still feel tension in my lower outer thigh just above my knee whenever I bend my leg. I've always been able to walk on it but since this has been almost two weeks now I'm becoming concerned that something is really wrong. What ever I did surely should have healed by now right? It feels fine when I sit down. It's only when I bend my knee or walk that I feel the pain in my knee and possibly other places (calf, back of knee, thigh). Anybody ever had anything like this happen?

  • Can you recommend any non American soap operas?

I recently started watching Coronation Street and I love it. However I haven't really been able to get into some of the other British soap operas I've come across (Eastenders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks). Can you recommend any non American soap operas (or dramas from any country) that I could find online to watch? Thanks.

  • Coronation Street: Why did Fizz go to jail?

I just discovered Coronation Street and I really like it. I'm trying to get an understanding of the characters and story lines. The characters have mentioned a few times that Fizz was in jail and talking about some guy that she was with that was a criminal. Also can anyone bring me up to speed about the story line involving a train crash.

  • Marriage: What is your take on the roles of husband and wife?

I’ve just been thinking about marriage and the roles played in it. I know that according to the bible that women are supposed to submit to their husbands and that the man is the head of the household. The women are even to ask their husbands if there is something about they bible that they don’t understand. I’m just having trouble with this concept. It just gives me the impression that that any women in a marriage is less capable/valuable (in whatever fashion) than the man. That is a hard pill for me to swallow. It seems to me as if the woman is nothing more than a child asking daddy’s permission for every step that she takes. I don’t know if I can be a pat of an institution where I will forever be a second class citizen. Having never been married maybe there is just a huge part of this that I’m missing. I’m far from an expert on the bible and I’m not saying that GOD is wrong for anything that he says (I know better than that). I’m just saying I don’t get it. This subject has just been weighing on my mind so I thought I would put it out there.

  • Motorcycles - What kind has three wheels?

I'm looking for a specific model. I don't know anything about them but the kind I'm looking for is the one that Chris Brown rides (it's silver with one wheel in the front and two in the back) in his Superhuman video with Keri Hilson. Anyone know what that particular model is? Thanks.

  • Cleaning drinking glasses: What is the best way?

Does anyone have any home remedy solutions to clean drinking glasses? I have an old set with that sticky gross film on them and dish washing liquid just isn't working.

  • Original recipes! What happened to them?

Just think of the havoc that low sodium, whole grain, no/low carbs, caffeine free, soy, vegetarian, diet and the like has caused. Anyone else tired of this? It feels like it is being forced down our throats. I for one would like the original recipes of my favorite foods to be restored! I miss the original Trix cereal, honey combs, peanut butter kudos, Nestle Crunch, Three musketeers, Fruit Loops, 7 Up, Crush soda, and many many more. Do you have a favorite food that has been destroyed over the years?

  • Glee: Am I the only one that thinks this season is terrible?

I seriously don't like anything about it. First of all this split between NY and Ohio doesn't go well at all. I would much rather have the show follow the original characters into the real world than to flip flop settings the way that it does. These new characters are really bad. What happened to that Irish exchange student? I would have at least thought that with Rachel gone we would get more of a chance to hear Tina and some of the others but it seems as if the new character (sorry I forget the girl's name) will get the majority of the songs along with the Rachel character. This sucks because I really liked the first three seasons. I think Glee is going to loose a lot of fans this season.

    P.S.

I thought the Britney 2.0 episode was awful.

  • GH: Wasn't John Ingle the best?

Just read on yahoo that Edward Quartermaine passed away Sunday at the age of 84. I've watched GH on and off for a while now and Edward was one of my favorite characters (even though he didn't like Sunny), He was always good for a laugh and had a sweet nature. GH will not be the same without him. R.I.P. John

  • Grimm: Why can Hank see the vessen?

I thought that it was previously stated that only grimms and other vessens can tell whether or not someone is a vessen. How is it that Hank can now see them? Did they give an explanation for that and I missed it?

  • Split ends: What is the best product to prevent them?

What is the best split end product? I've tried different products and the only one I've found that really helped to strengthen my ends and prevent split ends is the Garnier Fructise long and strong split end serum. Unfortunately they no longer make this product (go figure) and I can't find it online anywhere. So I'm on the hunt for something new. Got any suggestions?

  • Real Housewives of OC: What is the deal with Jim?

I have watched this show for a few years now and I'm just so surprised at the way Jim behaves. He to me appears to be sexist and domineering. I can't imagine being married to someone like that. And on the part II finale when Alexis was trying to speak and he said "excuse me do you wear the pants" I was shocked. What are you thoughts?

  • Glee: What are you thoughts on the lead singers for next season?

Personally I am glad to not have to listen to Rachel and Finn on every episode anymore. I think Artie is the best male singer Glee has ever had and he doesn't get nearly enough attention. He should take over the majority of the songs next season hands down. As for the female lead singer there is a problem. There is no character presently in the cast that can sing very well. They are passable but that is it. They need a new female character that can take over the lead. What are you thoughts?

  • Wigs:Where should a beginner start? What are the basics?

Long story short my hair is damaged and I plan on getting it cut so that I can grow healthier hair. Since it will be super short I decided to use a wig until I can wear my natural hair. I have no idea where to start. I see wigs for $20 then I see some for like $200. I see terms like yaki and remi and I don't know the difference. All I know is I can't stand the thought of wearing human hair so whatever I get will have to be synthetic. What are the best websites to purchase a wig? What is a good general price for a wig? Anything specific I should look for? Thanks.
