Real Housewives of OC: What is the deal with Jim?

I have watched this show for a few years now and I'm just so surprised at the way Jim behaves. He to me appears to be sexist and domineering. I can't imagine being married to someone like that. And on the part II finale when Alexis was trying to speak and he said "excuse me do you wear the pants" I was shocked. What are you thoughts?

    Jim seems very domineering and is rude to Alexis. I think that he and Alexis are hypocrites.

    Yeah! I just watched it Ondemand, I was like WTF. I totally agree with you. Everyone is right, they both pretend to have more then what they do.
