yes santana lives in NY and is part of the show again
he isnt a teacher is supervising a school club
yes rachel kurt and brody lived together
sam and brittany are dating
her and sam are history and mercedes has only been on two episodes

1. Santana now lives in New York with Rachel, Kurt and Brody. She dropped out of Louisville because she hated it there.
2. He isn't a teacher, as such. Will explains it in Glease. Basically, Glee club is extra curricular so you don't have to be a teacher to run it. Finn is basically a volunteer.
3. (answered in question 1) Also, Rachel and Brody have a 'thing'. It isn't really a relationship, it's more friends that sleep together.
4. Sam and Brittany are currently together but Santans has vowed to never give up on Brittany and Brittany clearly still has feelings for Santana so I wouldn't count on it lasting.
5. Mercedes only (slightly) significant role was to help run the school musical. Samcedes appears to have been all but forgotten by the writers.
