Where can I make logarithms to present on a math paper?
I have to write a paper about logarithms for math and I was wondering if there is a website where I could type in the log I want and it makes one that I could copy/paste onto the document. Something that looks better and makes more sense than (((log(m,m^k))/a+b)=Q (that's a random jumble of letters that don't mean anything, not any rule)

I think the general question you have is: how do you typeset math in a pretty way?
Most people who do not care too much about it looking amazing will use microsoft equation editor (a button in microsoft word).
Professional typesetting is done with a language called LaTeX, for example the following website uses LaTeX to output pictures of math you type in (change the resolution to make it bigger or smaller). For your nonsense example: http://rogercortesi.com/eqn/index.php?filename=tem... . You can copy and paste the picture into your document, but it will be a little cumbersome. Your entire math textbook was probably written in LaTeX (see its preface). If you actually use the language, you type up code in any text editor, and compile documents into PDFs, so there is no problem about having to paste in images and formatting, it is all self-contained.
If you only have a few math lines you want typesetted, and you want to use the pictures outputted on that site. I can give you the LaTeX code if you like so you can use that website. But, microsoft equation editor is easier given how you are probably writing your paper (using a word processing program).
