Please could a Dutch speaker translate these phrases?

Could a helpful person translate the following please? They're for a story involving a Dutch tourist in New York.

'Do you know where you are?'

'Still in New York, I hope.'

'Yes, also in -' (the character is interrupted here)

Many thanks to everyone who answers!

Update:

Edited: to Zirp and others: sorry, the interrupted third line was going to finish 'in hospital'. The conversation is between the tourist and a police interpreter, who is then interrupted (in English) by a detective.
