How do you get your waist to look like this? Is that natrual? (pic included)?

    Yeah, it's natural.

    You need to focus on LOWER abs, obliques, and hip flexors. Don't bother doing crunches at all - they only work your back and upper abs. Hanging knee-raises, any twisting exercise, and oblique presses are probably the best way to do it along with yoga or pilates.

    Lift weights and the penguin workout. Hold a 25 pound weight on one side and without bending your knees, bend to the side that you have no weight. Not to far down and bring it back up. Do that about 30x each side. You can up your weight to. I started doing that and my v-cut started showing. Also, mountain climbers have worked for me.

    sit ups. leg lifts.. leg press.. a few hundred thousand of each

    No, I think he works out. Personally I don't like that look on a man. If they have too many muscles it looks like they have boobs.

    sit ups, crunches, running, dieting ( if ur overweight). keep at it!
