Canadian going to UK For 3 weeks, is there a Credit Card that is best for exchange rates, low fees etc?
What should I do? Get a prepaid card over here first in the amount I want to spend or? Don't want to get screwed over with exchange fees and the like.

Use a debit card where you can and have a small amount of cash on you from the ATM for places that only accept cash. It's your best bet because it has the lowest fees. No matter what you use you'll have about the same amount of fees for international purchases, it's not worth the inconvenience to worry about it.

Just remember that if you load a prepaid card with $1000 CAD you have to factor in the cost for exchanging your money to GBP. It can add up significantly. So be sure to do transactions in bulk, not a lot of small ones. That is a fee for each transaction. Use cash where you can.
