How to edit my Windows XP registry ?
I loaded Turbo C ,now I deleted TC folder ,every time I start my PC,it says "unable to find TC\Remind.exe"
Remove its entry in registry,how do I remove it?

To get to your registry....
1) Click Start
2) Click Run
3) In the command line type in Regedit
This will bring you to your windows registry.
4) Click "CTRL" and the letter "S"
This will bring up your search box
5) Type in what you are needing to remove and hit enter. Once you have located it in the Registry, simply delete it. Keep searching until all of the files you need to remove are found and deleted.
***NOTE*** You can hose your OS if you are not sure of what you are doing. I strongly recommend you save a copy of your existing registry before you start to edit it. //#

One of the above answers is exactly correct about removing the entry in the Registry,but first a warning..
The Registry is the easiest way to totally remove programs from your computer,but one mistake,and you will hose it.Just make sure you follow the directions, EXACTLY.

Download ccleaner and in the registry scan, delete any stuff belonging to TC

Dont try to edit registry if you are not a pro.
I would suggest you either download ccleaner or jetclean(both are free) and run registry scan remove any error found

install avg pc tune up 2011 and clear all registry errors through it ................avg pc tune up is best

remove it from C: drive directly.
