you dont need to do anything really, its u and ur boyf decision and no one elses business.the only time u need to tell others like ur doctor are if u need to see ur doctor about something u think may be wrong etc. but otherwise there is no rule to say you must inform him.

as for ur mum you can by all means tell her youve lost it so she can give u some motherly advise on how to be safe etc, but again there is no rule to say you have to tell her its ur own personal business.

As a male who would never take advantage of a girlfriend, I care about the attitudes of the other girls "giving you advice". Well, its really up to you. When I lost my virginity I didnt tell anyone or go to a doctor, but it would be wise to see a gynecologist and get a proper exam, especially now that you are sexually active.

You don't have to do anything. You might want to look into different kinds of contraception, in which case you should see your GP. Other than that, nobody needs to know, it's your body.
