how do you get good boxes for moving?

Try the office stores. I was able to find the boxes paper comes in. They have lids.

U-haul usually has used moving boxes that people bring back when they return a truck, and they're free for the taking.

I got some great quality boxes at staples, but they cost a lot.

just ask at your local shop or something similar. they probably have boxes that they throw away
