Tem como fazer ligar automaticamente um aparelho inicialmente desligado após uma queda de energia ?

Explicando melhor: O aparelho encontra-se desligado (é um ar-condicionado antigo 220V), e caso falte energia elétrica, ele liga (obviamente) quando a energia elétrica voltar.

Será que com contatores e algum tipo de relê biestável daria pra fazer isso ?

    TODO AR CONDICIONADO TEM QUE TER UM DEJUNTOR AO LADO DELE ESPECIFICAMENTE PARA ELE, CASO HAJA QUEDA DE ENERGIA ELE FICA PROTEGIDO, DEIXANDO O DEJUNTOR LIGADO ELE LIGA E DESLIGA AUTOMATICAMENTE QUANDO TIVER LUZ OU NÃO, SEM CORRER RISCOS.
