09 Harley Dyna Fat Bob help?
I was on the interstate today doing around 70 MPH. When I slowed to 60 or under I picked up a vibration. This bike I bought brand new never had a problem, always serviced at the dealership. Just hit 8000 miles. The vibration feels like the road is causing it at first, but I found it is not the road surface. I was doing 35 on a side road, pulled in the clutch and coasted NO VIBRATION as soon as I let out the clutch it came right back. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

OMG....I seriously hate to sound like an @$$...BUT WOW......
the other answers!!!......your bike does not have a primary belt....NO HD has (stock) a primary BELT except for the original Shovelhead Strugis models!!!!.....
And improper clutch adjustment and drive belt will not cause this either....as this answere stated......

Unfortunatley, I SERIOUSLY don't want to send you to a DEALER, but this is a situation that a dealer's most experienced tech needs to test ride your bike under various conditions to duplicated what you are saying......however, if you have a REPUTABLE independant shop in your area with a GOOD, experineced mechanic, they could probably help also....you just need an EXPERIENCED mechanic to test ride and try to duplicate your riding and cause the problem to diagnose it by feel and experience.
There are many variables that could cause this situation.
HD's early 6-spd transmissions are know for several issues.
You have an auto primary chain tension that could have failed.
You could have a bad clutch hub bearing.
Possible loose engine srpocket/compensator assembly.
Possibly bad wheel bearings.
Possibly bad forks and/or neck bearings under load.
Possibly bad motor mounts.
For this situation there are MANY varibales, and without someone EXPERINCED in diagnosing this issue, no-one really REALLY know without riding and duplicating the situation.

Could also be primary belt. Things show up under load.
My Sporty was pretty smooth. Not the '47 WLA, but she was an antique.
EDIT: Harley "fixer": Lotsa Harleys have pri. belts now or retrofit kits. He could have one, you know. Who says it's Stock at all?
Assumptions are the height of ignorance.

Check your drive belt, and clutch adjustment would be the first things I'd look at.
