It is not a cure of all cancers. Cancer is a collective term for approximately 200 different diseases. Every cell type in your body can (in principle) develop into its own type of cancer. On top of that individual cancer cells in every cancer are also different from one another. On top of that, the cancer cells interact in very complex ways with the surrounding cells. So it is not all that surprising that we don't have, and most likely won’t find a single cure for all cancers. This also applies to cannabis.
You may have watched a persuasive youtube video reporting a study that showed reduction of tumour bulk by 50% in experimental mice. The problem is that this is not good enough. It is standard procedure to test substances in mice before deciding if it is worthwhile to proceed with testing in humans.
In this article: http://www.nature.com/bjc/journal/v84/n10/pdf/6691... the authors looked at how well drugs worked in patients when the drugs reduced tumour bulk by 60% (THC as mentioned only reduced tumour bulk by 50%).
They found that:
1) Rarely did effect in mice predict effect in the same type of cancer
2) Rarely did effect in mice predict effect in other types of cancer
3) Substances that had effect on at least 1/3 of a standard panel of 60 cell lines were likely to have some effect in Clinical phase II trials.
So to know if a substance really works in patients, you need to do controlled clinical trials. There is no way around it. 50% reduction in a mouse with a cancer made from one cell line is not good enough. As explained the effect is to small to be interesting. The research funds are better spend on substances that have stronger effects in mice.

No...there is no cure for lots of cancers, although chemo and radiotherapy work wonders if you can live with the side effects.
Oil cannot cure cancer.

If somebody ought to acquire a bottle of hashoil such as you stated they may be maximum cancers unfastened in weeks! i do no longer understand a thank you to extract it or what yields what, or perhaps how plenty a 5oz. bottle of hash oil might value, yet i'm going to wager on the subject of similar to 5 oz.. vegitative buds probably even taxed approximately $one hundred for the refining technique used in the experience that your talkin some thing organic. So $six hundred.00 maximum vs. possessing you and the entire kinfolk for the restof your lives and robbing you so blind you won't be able to have adequate money the coffin we placed you in. it somewhat is glaring what one in each and every of their shoes ought to be certain on in spite of the undeniable fact that it is likewise glaring that they do no longer.

Apparently it can provide some benefits when directly applied to basal cell carcinoma.
Most cancers are not located where direct application is possible so it is pretty useless for most cancers.
There are other treatments for basal cell skin carcinoma that are quicker, easier and more reliable so it is not even terribly helpful there.

If it was, it would be applied to pharmaceutical drugs.
Since it is not, it's likely only pot smokers who believe it has some kind of curative properties.
