I just installed linux 17.3 and everything went well. Gets on the web through Belkin n300 wirelessly. The problem that I an having is that when linux machine is on, the windows machines that are on the same router will not connect to the internet. It shows no internet connection. When I turn linux machine off, they connect. Does anyone know why? And how to resolve issue?

Has anyone ever bought a bag of bird seed and planted it? I have seen some grow around bird feeders but don't know if seed has been gmo'd or is it raw. I bought a bag that has corn, sunflower, and several other types of seed in it. It would be nice to grab some out of bag and plant rather than tract down some for planting.

My daughters laptop was seriously infected by viruses, even though she had virus software(she never updated virus protection). Anyway, after trying multiple ways to disinfect it, even tried to wipe hdd but nothing worked. So I ordered a new hdd and a update version of windows 7 (came w/vista) Now my question is this, does the vista back up that I made contain other drivers that the laptop needs to run properly, or cam I just do a fresh install with windows 7. I have seen multiple sites that say it can be done, but I don't want any vista left on it and she can do without the bloatware. And yes, I will see that she knows how to update virus protection.
