weed and feed question?

Grass is wet now which instructions say to apply. But what happens if we have a thunderstorm this afternoon and it rains on it. Does it ruin my $40 worth of weed and feed?

    Shouldn't do. Spray down until the plant is completely wet. I did it and it rained over night, and they still fell out the night day.
