bell pepper seeds out of bell pepper?
I planted some pepper seeds that I got from a california wonder bell pepper. I was wondering if anyone had good results, or are seeds worthless. I let them dry out and froze them over winter.

Most seeds from store bought fruit and vegetables will not be suitable for use. Peppers are amongst the few that are worth saving and sowing. I only dry mine out and don't bother with freezing as they are not amongst the seeds that require that treatment. There may be some variety in the seedlings and the resulting plants but there is no reason why you should not get a viable crop.

Seed from store bought veggies are worthless. They many germinate but won't produce what you expect. Store veggies are hybrids and produce randomally if at all. Buy a pack of seeds at the store for best results.
