I made a chicken broccoli and rice casserole that I like. Very easy, and it makes enough for three or four meals, since I live by myself. I make lots of stuff in a crock pot, too. Pretty much just toss it all in and let it cook while I'm at work - makes great stew or chili :-)

I'm not sure I've ever done that. I was raised on junk food, unfortunately, and I don't know how to cook, though I'm trying to learn.

I actually baked scones and they turned out pretty well :)
