What type of phone should I get?

Not too expensive, not an iphone.

Probably $200 at the most :)

I want it to have a camera. Preferably a touch screen, and a smart phone would be good (but these things aren't compulsory)

    Get a good android phone, like a higher end Motorola, HTC, or Samsung.

    what about a galaxy ace there $200-250 if you look at the right place and u can get it inblack or white.. hope it helps!!
