Book (substance) words (accident).
Grass (substance) green (accident).
Man (substance) clothes (accident)
Clothes (substance) length (accident).
Green in vegetation (necessary accident)
White walls (contingent accident).
This not the best way to think of being, rather there should be the dichotomy substance/quality.
I like that distinction he makes of a things being and the things properties.
He has a good idea of God and science. Science is the demonstration of a things effects. Therefore you cannot demonstrate the existence of God without there being effects caused by "it." We can know that God is (quia est), though not what God is in himself (quid est). I disagree with this, God is whatever attributes you attach to it.
His three kinds of law. First time I ever thought of positive law. I guess it could be consider rational law. I wonder if I will be able to now know when I get an idea if it is a rational command. I should be able to do some weeding using this criteria.
