Is this a cavity in my tooth?

I keep pretty good care of my mouth, and i haven't had to deal with anyrhing more than crooked teeth. So when i saw this, i was understandibly alarmed. In the attached photo, does the spot look like a cavity (sorry for the blurriness)

Update:

It came out after i brushed my teeth. It was probably a bit of meat from the chilli i had for dinner. If it comes back, i'll let you know
