Painful ankles, running jumping ect?

I get ankle pains when I run or jump, I could just take a few steps and it'll hurt and give way, even when I run up the stairs sometimes, any ideas for what might be the problem?

    You've probable either twisted it or strained it, I think rest should help and see yur doctor really
