Has any one transferred from a college in the US to Turkey?

here are the conditions;

1)transferring from the universities abroad, the desicion can be made the local universities commisions

2 the preliminary evaluation about the applications, within the framework of the principles set by the university senate, is made by the management committee created by the commission.the applications will be evaluated according to criteria established by the university senate and the transition is provided by the allocated quota.

3)The University must be recognized by the International Council of Higher Education and must be considered equivalent level of university by the applied University

4)No transcripts will be asked from the universities that the applicants are currently studying at , however (for the ones studying at US universities) they must meet at least one of these requirements

a)minimum 180 in the students selection test made by Student Selection and Placement Center in Turkey

or

b) SAT 1 (Minimum 1000 puan)

or

c)International Baccalaureat IB
