can some one tell me?

How do I send an e-mail with my yahoo account and get a confirmation back that the e-mail was received by the person I sent it to?

    omar is correct.

    Even if there was an option for a return receipt or read receipt, the recipient may no allow the receipt to be sent.

    You can send the email but you can't get a confirmation e-mail back.

    Go to the sent folder in your email. It will show the emails you have sent.
