Not, it was a decent Wrestlemania & anyone who say's different are pretty much one of those non pleasing people.
The card was solid, the matches were solid, the things put on the line were more than ever & the Undertaker & HHH match really upped the game, something that not many thought could have been done after the performance they put on last year but they smashed it!
Last years Mania was quite a let down if anything, other than the HHH/Undertaker match, but this year their was so much on the line, even the general managers job, the only give or take match is the diva's one but that's cause most people aren't into the Diva's division to be honest.
And this is coming from someone who was a bit miffed that HHH was taking the lead spot again at this years Mania, denying any other talent to shine there but honestly & truthfully, I'm glad he did as that match was outstanding, alongside all the bonus's they put out such as live streams on Youtube exclusives too first off really upped the game here for Mania this year.
So no, this years Wrestlemania was in no way a flop, anyone who says different are very clearly non pleasing people or people who just like to add negativity onto things, that they'd say every PPV is no doubt a flop, no matter what the WWE put on (Yet still continue to watch each one).
This years Wrestlemania was a good & solid one, with extra's on top, they really went all out this year!

It was a flop for the wrestling fans watching through live stream on the internet, cause they will always find something to complain about. I bet if WWE put Daniel Bryan vs Punk in the main event they would still find something to complain about.
But the fans that actually were in attendance live in Miami(like myself) had a great time. I think it was definitely one of the best Wrestlemania's in a long time. The People's champion beat The Fruity Pebble, Taker went 20-0, Punk vs Jericho was great. The only match that was a flop was Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus.

Huge Flop! Only 1 good match undertanker and triple HHH match. Rock winning makes wwe superstars look bad because they are there busting the buts week in and week out. Then on top of that he headlines the main event. Really think about this he should mainevent wrestlemania Undertanker or the Rock? On the other hand if Cena wins then it looks like Cena is unbeatable so WWE put a match together that put me as a fan to decide that I did not want either guy to win for those reasons. No title matches for USA title match, No diva title, no tag team title match. Matches to predictable of who was going to win. No major surprises at WM 28. Wrestlemania is supposed to be the best paperview of them all and it was the worst one I can remember! The rating I would give for WM 28 would be a 1.5 out of 10 To much hollywood, show, rap, Brodus Clay, horrible Divas match, horrilbe world title match, it stunk awfully horrible. WWE stinks right now they should just have Micheal Bay, Jayz and Kim Kardashian running it that is how bad wrestlemania was, if it werent for the Undertanker vs Triple HHH match then the whole paperview would of been trash. WM 28 was awful as it was anyway.

Not a flop, but definitely not the best. The undercard matches sucked and the WHC match was pointless.
Oh and that crape with brodus clay was a waste of time.

It was no way "the best mania ever" but I wouldn't call it a flop.

Aside from the Divas match,I would have to say it was the best one to date.
