What would be the best way to go about this.?

There has been a woman I thought was unavailable for some time at a wedding I recently attended. I have wanted to get to know her for a while but was not able to contact her. She brought her boyfriend to the wedding with her and actually seemed to be trying to avoid me. At the reception she had a few drinks and when she approached me, preceded to hug me and kiss me on the neck. We sat down and talked for a while, mainly about how even though she loves her boyfriend, she is tired of being his sugar mama. Before she left we exchanged phone numbers. Her boyfriend did not seem to like this too much and I'm sure liked it even less when I hugged her again and told her to call me sometime. She said she would call me right in front of him. As they were walking away, she turned around and smiled at me. How should I go with this. Call her within a couple of days or wait for her to call me.
