Why some people feel the need to answer every single question in a category even if they don't know the answer?
Instead of complaining that they don't have the resources to actually answer a particular question, wouldn't it be easier to just not answer the question at all?

Maybe they're unemployed, have a lot of time on their hands and forget that this is not a job.

All questions are open to all users and none of us can decide what another user posts. If an answer does not make an attempt to answer the question THAT WAS ASKED, report it and move on.
