I stare blankly into space and stop moving for long periods of time sometimes?

There are times when I just completely relax my body and stare at the wall or something and think very little about anything at all, and this can last for upwards of an hour if I'm not with anyone. though usually it's about 20-30 minutes. It definitely happens more often when I'm stressed out about something, but it happens randomly as well. It's very hard to explain, also. In a way it's voluntary, but once I feel myself slipping into this "state" I can't get out of it unless someone calls my name or touches me. I'm completely aware of what goes on around me but I pay little attention to it.

Like case in point... in case you look at your cat and then decrease your eyes the cat internalizes that as meekness to it. the clarification your cat stares at you is by the fact it can not communicate or understand english and needs to correctly known what's up. Theres people who swear you may communicate on your cat making use of your eyes, especially by potential of sequence' of blinks and stuff... yet i dont understand approximately that.
