    I'd have it for breakfast, pat it into a frying pan, make a couple little dents in it and crack and egg into the dent. put on the lid and cook on low till egg is done. It tastes like salty beef and potatoes...

    Most people serve roast or corned beef hash with fried eggs. I like Nana Lamb's idea for using up left over roast beef, especially for dinner.

    I usually do corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and hash browns. Probably beef has would be good with the same sides, or you might consider roasted red potatoes and fresh green beans.

    I grind the left over roast, grind the potatoes or grate them, and grind an onion or two, add all this and the left over gravy and bake in oven in dutch oven for an hour or two.

    I serve tossed garden salad with this!! Nice contrast!!
