Does restoring your Ipod Touch 4g completely delete all the jailbroken files?

I want to make sure once I restore my ipod I want get my 6.4 GB back

    Restoring your iPod will erase everything, except for the things you have backed up to iCloud, which will sync back later (if you are on iOS 5.0 and up) and the default Apple apps (settings, photos, calendar etc.). Be warned that restoring your iPod will also unjailbreak it, so make sure that the iOS you are updating to can be jailbroken.

    Restoring will undo EVERYTHING that happened while it was jailbroken. And also, it will be un-jailbroken.
