How do I get something back from my ex when he lives in a different state?
I'll try to make this short...
My boyfriend and I were together for 5 years. I moved to another state to be with him there and be close to his MOS. I was there for 4 years missing my family, friends, and hometown. I was miserable and finally I decided to go back home and we tried to go long distance. It didn't work out. We split up and less than thirty days later he's sleeping with someone else. I'm still infuriated and don't really want to talk to him. The thing is I left something I really want back there. How should I go about telling him to send it to me. Will this just make more drama for me? Any advice would be great. Thanks!
I asked him and he's going to send it back to me and I'm going to pay him back. It was really great finding out he let his new girlfriend ride it. Ug...

Courtney, by all means DO get what belongs to you. There should be NO problems regarding him getting it back to you if it's something that can be transported to you. Do not prolong asking for it tho. Do it ASAP in the easiest way for you. Either email or text him if you don't want to speak directly with him, but do it now. I don't foresee any problems getting what's rite fully yours. BTW, there IS a special someone you'll meet in the future. Someone who will give you the love & happiness you want & deserve. When you meet him, you'll know the reason this relationship was not meant to be...the best IS yet to come, & it WILL...:)

ask him to send you your stuff and offer to reimburse him. If you have the money then go back there with go to the local sheriff and ask him to go with you so you can get your stuff.

You could probably get it back by asking him to send it back.

Just ask him to send it to you, if he doesnt then forget it. Obviously its something you can live or you wouldnt have forgotten it. If you can replace it do so & leave him alone.
