I see lots of questions here about hell and the devil. My question is this:?

A kind,loving, and merciful God would never send his children to a place of fiery torment. Therefore, hell is not real to me..

You had better believe that Hell and the Devil exist. It is very easy to reconcile this with a Loving God. God is righteous and Holy. He will not allow sin into Heaven because He will not allow what happened before to ever happen again. God is Judge. He loves us so much that He is not going to allow people who love sin and the Devil to ruin Heaven for those of us who hate sin and the Devil. Get it?

Yes, Hell exists. Yes, it is eternal.

God is also holy, perfect and just. He must punish sin. God is of infinite value, honor and worth. So when one sins against God, they are committing an infinite crime. The value, honor and worth of the one offended in the value of punishment must be infinite for perfect justice.

You may not believe in Hell (and apparently you do not believe in justice either), but that does not change the truth that it exists. The truth is not dependent on belief.

I believe in both.

Would you say a courtroom judge is a bad person when he sentences a murderer to life? Someone who goes to Hell has been judged fairly by God. He isn't just thrown in there willy-nilly.

I believe in hell....with love there has to punishment, else it wouldn't be love. Jesus can save from hell....accept him.
