Hispanic / Latino frozen yogurt flavors and toppings?

We are considering opening a frozen yogurt store with a Hispanic / Latino theme (in a largely Hispanic market).

Anyone with ideas on what will appeal to the community?

Flavors of yogurt?

Type of toppings?

    Flavors of yogurt - Horchata? Flan was a dessert consumed by many different hispanic ethnic groups. So, flans?

    Yogen Fruz are very successful, I suggest you read all about them in this link, it may help you.
