I'm 21-years-old, but I would like to own at least one rental property in the future (in addition to my own career).
What are some good resources you could direct me to? I've been obsessed with real estate for YEARS, so I have a fairly good knowledge of real estate--just not the rental aspect.

Its a good search engine for commercial real estate if you live in the US, even better in a large metro area.
Dealing with tenants can be tricky, you have to be able to deal with people, strangers really because every new tenant is a stranger to you first.
