I believe it is. I thought it was in the news not too long ago that some family had done just that. CPS got involved for sure. Idk Cha-cha or google it

This seems like a direct case of child abuse to me to name yourself after the guy in charge of the holocaust. Who in their right mind would name their child something that is going to cause them psychological problems.
That being said, let them grow up and choose the name for themselves if they really want the name. Nothing wrong with that.

Yes it is. They would make you change it.. They may even make child services check how you take care of the child. No one normal would name their child that. lol
