I have a red lump just above my nipple breast cancer?

No dear its not breast cancer. It sounds like you have an infection.

Cancerous breast lumps are inside the breast & are rarely painful

in early stages of breast cancer.

Any defects in the thyroid glands or ovaries or uterus may develop mass or stiff muscles in the breast and blockage of circulation and then sores in the nipples and again pain or aches. Sometimes white milky fluid comes out from the breast but it is not milk. It shows that some disorder is with the ovary or uterus or breasts itself. Lie down on back, slightly press at the bottom of your left breast with three fingers of your right hand. Then slowly slide your hand in a circular path around the breast leading to the nipple at last. On moving this way the fingers may feel any stiff things, observe it pressing softly. Again repeat the same with the left hand on the right breast. See a doctor.

Definitely NOT Breast Cancer.

If it looks like a pimple that is probably what it is.

Breast cancer looks and behaves NOTHING like pimples.

If you popped it like a pimple, it's not cancer.

It could be a spot but it's best to get a doctor to check it and be safe than sorry :)
