Room decorating ideas? ?
So I have quite a big bedroom and it's just a rectangular shape no alcoves or anything. I have white furniture and a white wrought iron headboard that's swirly. Any ideas for wallpaper, paint etc?

Why not zone off a part of the space and create a seating/relaxing area if you can? Use a colorful area rug to anchor that space and place your seating around it. Depending upon the amount of additional space you have to work with, you seating could be a chaise lounge, a chair & ottoman, a club chair or a pair of slipper chairs. Include a floor lamp so that you have additional/comfortable lighting to read in and a small table to place your books etc. Maybe use a room divider screen to further separate the spaces.
Not knowing your likes and dislikes color-wise and your general preferences, it is difficult to suggest a paint color or wallpaper style because what I like may be totally offensive to you because we are all unique individuals.

IKEA is a good source for smaller sized furnishings. I especially like the looks of their area rugs and they have some really cool & funky lighting choices.
