How can I encourage my team to use teamwork?
In every game that is made to be played in team, there never is teamwork. Isn't it ******* obvious? TEAM fortress 2, that MUST be individualy played right? that's the mindset of alot of people recently.
How can i organise my team in any game, is there a little secret behind all of this or do i just have to pick and choose my teammates?

You can try to talk to them while setting up and plan your next attack and hopefully, they will listen because you and your teammates have the same goal. to win. but some players are just war-freaks and
doesn't care for his/her teammates just kill kill kill! those are dumb people. you can try to talk to him and convince him to help out or just let him/her do his/her stuff.

You can't, try and talk to them using the chat. In general, however, if you're on a team with F2P players, they have probably joined the game with a Call of Duty one-man-army mindset. Give it time, people will learn that you need to cooperate.
That's how it worked for me, anyway.
