Are Winchester's 9mm NATO rounds reload-able?

I usually buy handgun ammo with the intent of reloading the brass. So.... looking to add to my stock of 9mm brass, I bought a couple of the 115gr, 100 round WWB value packs today and when I got them home, I noticed that all of the headstamps were WCC NATO. Am I going to find out that these rounds are berdan primed?

Yes they are reloadable, however, they have military style crimped primers, which means you will need to swage the primer pockets prior to reloading. Anytime you see the NATO cross on a headstamp, you can be assured it has crimped primers, which always means primer pocket swaging.

WWB is all brass cases with boxer primers. The style of primer is not a NATO spec.

They are Boxer primed, and re-loadable.

    I don't think so.

Just crank one off and take a peak inside.
