About liberal arts colleges?
I want to study medicine and for that I have to complete my pre-med courses. I was looking at some liberal arts colleges but can I just take science and math lessons and not take any english or history?

No college in the US, liberal art or otherwise, will grant you a bachelors degree for only taking math and science courses. You must take classes outside your major to earn a bachelors degree. Even liberal arts colleges without specific required classes (Smith, Amherst, Kenyon, Brown) require that. Besides, premed requires English, psychology, and sociology courses. Those aren't science or math.

I attend a liberal arts college and am planning on studying business. However, that doesn't mean I just take business courses. I have to complete general education requirements in order to graduate. Therefore, I have to take a class in history, science w/lab, literature, physical education, math, etc.
So, you will have to take a class in English and History (among other subjects) and the classes that go towards your major.
